Thea's Spinach Sweet Potato Chicken Salad
4 oz. grilled boneless skinless chicken breast (I use Mrs. Dash to season)
4 oz. cooked sweet potato
2 c. spinach
1 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1.Slice chicken and veggies.
Mix together and enjoy!
