Thea's seared scallops and veggies

4 oz. scallops
1/2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 c. mixed veggies (I used trader Joe's fresh stir fry)

1. sear scallops on pan
2. add steamed veggies
3. add 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce and saute.
