Workout of the day: Outdoor Run

Who wants to run? Lately, I've been getting back in to it and playing around with different ways of making running more fun. Here is one idea you can try!

*stopwatch or timer needed

Jog for 3 minutes
Sprint for 30 seconds
Jog for 2.5 minutes
Sprint for 30 seconds
Jog for 2 minutes
Sprint for 30 seconds
Jog for 1.5 minutes
Sprint for 30 seconds
Jog for 1 minute
Sprint for 30 seconds
Jog for 30 seconds
Sprint for 30 seconds

Repeat!
