Workout of the Day:Cardio Queen

I get super bored at the gym doing just one thing for an hour. Do you feel the same way? Try this!

15 min Elliptical
15 min Stair master
15 min Crosstrainer
15min Treadmill

(on each machine every 3 minutes increase the speed, incline, or resistance)
