Workout of the Day: 15 minute AMRAP

On a time crunch today? Get it a short, yet effective workout today. This total body workout only takes 15 minutes, but is sure to help whip yourself in to shape.

The workout:
5 pull ups 
10 burpees
15 shoulder press
20 box jumps 

15 minutes
As many rounds as possible!
