ingredients:
4 boiled egg whites (chopped and diced)
1/4 c. cottage cheese
1 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp mustard
chopped green onion
chopped celery
Mrs.Dash curry powder to taste
1 tsp. salt
mix it all up and serve on whole wheat bread, whole wheat tortillas, or my favorite lightly salted rice cakes..
