Thea's Seared Ahi Tuna with Agave Banana Walnut Crust

4 oz ahi
1/4 banana
2 tbsp. unsalted chopped walnuts
1/2 tbsp agave nectar
1 1/2 c. broccoli

1. Mush banana in small bowl
2. add chipped walnuts and agave-mix.
3. pat mixture on ahi
4. sear in pan with light cooking spray.

serve with steamed broccoli.
